A Challenging Year

The challenges of 2020 have affected us all but even more children and families running from violence, war, and poverty. Nour, a 10-year-old girl, is the oldest of four siblings and yet she assumes the responsibilities of an adult. Before the pandemic, she had started school and was quickly learning Greek and socializing with children of her own age. All this stopped in March because she has no internet access at home.
